The Back Button is Your Friend

...just don't get click-happy...

While I totally subscribe to this idea about not living in the the past or the future, but in the HERE and NOW.....I do think the past is worth selective visitation.  And, like anything else, it's all a matter of perspective.

I believe there's a difference between becoming comfortable in a Puddle of the Past (and yes, some people do seem to gain parodoxical comfort in their traumatic experiences), and a periodic mindful glance over the shoulder.

In reality, at 5:00 p.m. today, the moment I am in right now will literally be the past.  And if, in each moment of our lives, we do our best with what we have at that very moment, surely  -  

There will be no regrets, but only lessons.
